About Me

Nic Barnaschone attended school at Grey College in Bloemfontein and received his B Proc degree from the University of Free State in 1976. He was admitted as an Attorney and Notary in 1977.

In 1995 he received his LLM degree in Human Rights from the University of the Free State. He practiced in Bloemfontein until 2000, when he relocated to Cape Town, joining Honey Attorneys as a director.

Nic founded Barnaschone Attorneys in 2009. With over 45 years of experience, Nic provides a wealth of expertise in commercial litigation, insolvency law, company law, contracts, employment law and insurance law.
